Check in-Check Out:

Typical check in is after 2 pm on your arrival day. Normal check out is 11 am on your departure date. We happily accommodate early check-ins. You’re welcome to hang out on the farm as we ready your rooms if they lodged guests the previous night. If your accommodations are ready, we’ll check you right in early. Late check-outs are possible as well. Just talk to us and we’ll make arrangements.

The Pet Particulars :)

We welcome well-mannered family pets. ($10 nightly fee for pets in cabins or rooms. Free in your own RV.) Dogs and cats must be leashed when outside of your personal quarters, even in the fields and woods.
You may be asked to take your animal to a kennel if it bothers other guests.
Some restrictions may apply at our discretion.
Please ask before bringing any dogs in the "bully breeds" category.
You may be asked to supply insurance information before bringing certain pets.
If your dog sleeps in our beds and leaves hair in sheets or blankets we will assess an extra cleaning charge, minimum $100. This is due to the high cost of labor to remove hair from bedding.
Thank you!

Cancellations:

Please let us know at least seven days in advance if at all possible. We run your card 48 hours prior to your stay and there are no refunds if you cancel once it is charged.

Large group stays require full payment 60 to 90 days prior to your stay. Once that payment is made, no refunds are given in the event of a cancellation. If you book a large group stay, we will discuss the payment with you on an individual basis.

Rules and Policies for RV Sites:

1. Six people per site, please. One RV per site. Tents may be erected on the gravel pad. If you have more than two vehicles, please ask us about extra parking.
2. Check in is after 2 pm daily. Check out is 11 am.
3.A $10 booking fee will be charged at time of reserving. The balance will be run upon arrival and at that time is non-refundable. We appreciate a seven day cancellation notice if at all possible. Since we're just a small business, every stay is important to us.
4. Please leash your dog at all times. Take special care with "bully" breeds since we have children, animals, pets, and lots of exciting things to smell! If your dog bothers others excessively, we may ask you to take it to a nearby kennel. (We love "Tails Inn" kennel.) We prefer that your pet stays in your RV while you are away from the farm, please.
5. Please do not bring firewood into the campground from out of the area. We provide firewood for the community fire pit.
6. There are no washrooms or shower buildings available. A portable potty will be near sites 1 and 2.
7. No wifi in the Campground area. Minimal wifi near the cabins. Welcome to rural Idaho! We're just glad we have what we have. :)
8. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.

Wifi:

The good…wifi is available in the Farmhouse and the Bunkhouse.

The bad…no wifi in the campground area or in the Hay Barn.

The weird…sometimes people in the campground report that there is wifi!

The ugly…wifi is limited. You may do better just using your data connection with your cell phone.

Back to the good…at least we have wifi! :)
