Join us in our new campground...seven roomy RV sites in a spacious country setting. Bring Your Own Bathroom (in your RV) since this area doesn't have rest room facilities. (An ADA accessible portable potty is provided during summer months near sites 1 and 2.) In the RV area you'll find picnic tables, bar-b-que grill, and a community fire pit where you can converse with other travelers. Plenty of room to run and play, plus animals to hug including bunnies, sheep, goats, ponies, and kitties. Chickens, and Ancona ducks round out the menagerie. You are welcome to bring pets. All dogs are to be leashed outside of your lodging facility. Please, no wood fired containers, but you may bring propane fire rings.
Breakfast is not included in RV stays.
RV Sites 1 & 2
Back-in sites, located in our orchard, with water and electricity (30 and 50 amp). Great for friends who want to camp close together. Enough space for two separate RVs to park. If you do come with two RV's please rent both site 1 and 2. Dump station available close by. Plenty of places for the kids to run or play. Close to the fire pit, tire swing, and porta potty. $55 weekdays, $60 weekends. 6 person max. Pads are 50' long and about 20' wide each. $10 non-refundable booking fee charged at time of reserving. Balance charged upon arrival.
RV Sites 3 & 4
Pull through sites in the woods with water, sewer and electricity (30 and 50 amp). Plenty of shade. Great views of the mountains. 6 person max.
Site 3 $65weekdays, $70 weekends.
Site 4 (it is huge with a great view) $70 weekdays, $75 weekends.
Site 3 is 45' long, 12' of gravel wide, and total width including gravel about 20'.
Site 4 is 60' long, 12' of gravel wide, and a total width including gravel of about 22' wide. $10 non-refundable booking fee charged at time of reserving. Balance charged upon arrival.
RV Sites 5, 6, and 7
Back in sites in the woods. Site 5 gets more sun than the others. Site 6 has a slight hill to back up before it levels off. Site 7 is closest to Hatch Road. All come with water, sewer, and electricity (30 and 50 amp). $60 weekdays, $65 weekends. 6 person max.
Sites 5 and 6 are 40' long, 12' of gravel wide, and total width including gravel about 20' wide.
Site 7 is 50' long, 12' of gravel wide, 17' wide total including gravel. $10 non-refundable booking fee charged at time of reserving. Balance charged upon arrival.
Rules and Policies
1. Six people per site, please. One RV per site. Tents may be erected on the gravel pad. If you have more than two vehicles, please ask us about extra parking.
2. Check in is after 2 pm daily. Check out is 11 am.
3. A $10 booking fee will be charged at time of reserving. The balance will be run upon arrival and is non-refundable. We appreciate a seven day cancellation notice if at all possible. Since we're just a small business, every stay is important to us.
4. Please leash your dog at all times all over the farm. Take special care with "bully" breeds since we have children, animals, pets, and lots of exciting things to smell! If your dog bothers others excessively, we may ask you to take it to a nearby kennel. (We love "Tails Inn" kennel.) We prefer that your pet stays in your RV while you are away from the farm, please.
5. Please do not bring firewood into the campground from out of the area. We provide firewood for the community fire pit. You may bring your own propane fired fire pit for use at your site. No wood fires at the individual sites, please.
6. There are no washrooms or shower buildings available. A portable potty is near sites 1 and 2.
7. No wifi in the Campground area. Limited wifi near the cabins. Please be prepared to use your personal data connection.
8. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am.
